Editing
It’s a package deal! $200 gets you 20 pages (or 5000 words) of developmental and/or line editing (fiction, nonfiction, or novel in progress) plus a 1/2 hour meeting or phone call to discuss edits or next steps.
Editing may include developmental editing — exploring your idea, growing your story, finding themes and forms, or fine-tune edits such as a closer look at prose, transitions, beginnings, and endings.
Coaching
Are you’re working on a long-term project or a series of stories or essays? Or, do you need accountability, encouragement, or just a new perspective? I offer coaching at $75/hour or $200 for a block of 4 hours.
Coaching includes discussions about your goals, your work, and a plan to get there. I share resources for deeper study of craft, submission opportunities, and developmental edits along the way.
